Dome class is reserved seating only with a booth style seat. Only 24 dome tickets are available per trip. The dome is upstairs on car 1740 and offers a panoramic view. Dome class ticketed passengers also receive a souvenir mug that change each year and a cup and saucer like the movie. Each passenger will receive hot chocolate, cookies, and a silver bell. The show, book, and Santa interaction is the same regardless of ticket class.
First Class

First class cars are reserved seating only with table and chair style seating. First class cars have fewer people per car allowing slightly more room. First class ticketed passengers also receive a souvenir mug that change each year. Each passenger will receive hot chocolate, a cookie, and a silver bell. The show, book, and Santa interaction is the same regardless of ticket class
Coach Class

Coach class offers general admission seating. Seating is set up very similar to a school bus with seats for 2 on either side of the isle. Parties must board together to sit together. Some seats can flip allowing families of 4 to face one another on the same side of the isle. Each passenger will receive hot chocolate, a cookie, and a silver bell. The show, book, and Santa interaction is the same regardless of ticket class.
