Group tours meet 15 minutes prior to the tour start time in the Crystal Palace Lobby entrance located on 11th Avenue and 35th Street. Group Tour tickets are valid for one admission on the specified date and time.
About our Tour Guide Paul Eisenstein
Paul A. Eisenstein is an award-winning publisher, photographer, editor and one of the world’s most widely published automotive journalists whose work appears in a wide range of print, broadcast and electronic outlets, including The Economist, NBC News, CNBC, NPR, Cigar Aficionado, The Detroit News and many others. He was declared a “Pioneer of the Internet,” by J.D. Power and Associates, among the first to publish an automotive website and today runs TheDetroitBureau.com, an auto news site. He’s a North American Car and Truck of the Year juror, an advisor to the Automotive Hall of Fame, and a board member and past president of the Automotive Press Association.
There is no re-entry into the show after leaving the Javits Center. Admission for children 2 years and under are free with a paid adult. Tickets are transferable to friends and family. Admission into the show stops 1 hour prior to show closing. Sales tax is included in the price of the ticket and adjusted when a promotional code is used.
At the present time there are no health and safety guidelines required for attendance at the New York auto show. Attendees may wear masks at their own discretion.
