Louie's Autumn Wine Dinner

Join us for a special evening at Louie's Corner Bar in Texas Corners for this private event,
featuring a five course dinner with wine pairings crafted by Louie's Chef Adam Stacey.

Pan seared sea scallop with caramelized leek and soft garlic cream sauce.
Asian style roasted quail, marinated in honey bbq and ginger.
Elk strip loin, grilled and marinated with herbed compound butter.
Venison back straps, roasted and served with a blackberry jam reduction.
Snicker bar made with layers of bittersweet dark chocolate, biscoff nougat and peanut, salted,
topped with fleur de sel.
Tickets are $120 per guest (with processing fees), which includes gratuity.
