Hailing from Queensland, Australia, 20-year-old Tia Gostelow is on her way to international success. Released in 2018 on her own label, Lovely Records, her debut album Thick Skin has since become a Triple J feature album and took home "Album of the Year" at the Queensland Music Awards. Growing up in the regional Queensland town of Mackay, Gostelow was isolated from a traditional music scene. She has since made the move to Brisbane and has been embraced by the thriving local music community.
Ever since signing with booking agencys Paradigm (US) and ATC (Europe) her career has been building momentum internationally. Scheduled for release in early 2020, she is currently putting the finishing touches on her second album with acclaimed producer Oscar Dawson (Holy Holy, Alex Lahey). Gostelow and her band have already toured Europe, played festivals in Australia, and supported acts such as Gomez, Frightened Rabbit and Lewis Capaldi. 2020 starts with their first US tour that includes performances at shows in New York, DC, Boston, Philadelphia, Toronto, San Fransisco and LA.
