Attendees must be 12 & over. (No exceptions. No infants, no babes in arms.)

There are two different ticket types:
Regular tickets are $100CAD. Good for admission into the event

VIP tickets are $175CAD and includes a 3-month subscription to Evolve+ (John's new app) activated at the event. VIP also includes the chance to stay after the event for a question & answer session with John and the other VIPs. This event lasts about 20 mins after the regular event. In addition to that each person with a VIP ticket gets to bypass the regular line and join a special VIP line. Lastly, VIPs will be given access to a special virtual event you can participate in from the comfort of your home ($100USD value). That’s two events for the price of one.

There are no mask or vaccination requirements for this event.

No refunds/exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased with no exceptions. If you think there is even a remote chance you will need a refund, please be sure to purchase ticket insurance as that is the only way to obtain a refund at all and based on the terms in the insurers policy. If you purchase a ticket to an event outside of your immediate area, it is your responsibility to make sure you can make it to the event. No refunds will be given due to lack of ability to travel. Also please note, each person attending must be 12 years of age or older. We do not admit infants, babies, toddlers or small children into our event. Unfortunately if you arrive with anyone under the age of 12, even if you are in possession of a ticket for them, they will not be admitted and no refund will be given. 

IMPORTANT TICKET POLICY INFORMATION: Unfortunately due ticketing scalping and ticket fraud issues we have updated our ticketing policy! Please note if you are purchasing these tickets as a gift you will need to put the order in the name of the attendee when ordering. There are no will call name changes allowed. Each person attending must have photo id that matches the name on the order, NO EXCEPTIONS! If your name if not on the order and you do not have photo id with you, you will not be admitted and no refunds will be offered as when you purchase these tickets you are agreeing to the terms.
