A six week program that offers a vibrant blend of African derived dance forms such as Afrobeats, Soca, Reggae, Kompa, traditional African dance, and more! For dancers of all levels and experience with a focus on stamina and strength building and a place where you can connect with community, ignite creativity, let loose, and stay active - where the heart meets rhythm!

Classes are Monday's & Wednesday's / 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
