PLEASE NOTE: THIS CLASS TAKES PLACE AT WORKSHOPSF’S SECOND LOCATION IN UPPER HAIGHT AT 1310 HAIGHT STREET b/w CENTRAL AND MASONIC.
In this class, you will learn how to measure, cut, assemble, and stain your own decorative wooden ladder! Perfect for holding blankets, hanging plant life, or just using for decoration in your apartment, these wooden ladders are perfect accents to any room in your home. The instructor will demonstrate how to properly use power drills and bits, measuring tools, saws, and jigs to perfectly cut and assemble your ladder. After assembly, you’ll finish by sanding and staining your ladder. You will have several color options for stain, and may choose either a 4’ or 5’ ladder. Each student will leave with one completed ladder and an understanding of basic woodworking skills and tools necessary to complete future building projects!
