The opening night event of the Ava Gardner Museum’s annual Ava Gardner Festival is a musical tribute to the North Carolina native who grew up just outside of Smithfield. This year’s festival celebrates the 100th birthday of the legendary actress, and features the NC Revelers Orchestra from Raleigh and guest performers John Arthur Greene and Angelique Alexander. The collaboration also includes Jonathan Levin, founder of The Clayton Piano Festival, showcasing a medley of Ava's movie songs and much more.
