Snowdown 2022 Covid-19 Policies
Snowdown Covid-19 Policies are intended to create a safe and fun environment for all attendees. By purchasing a ticket and/or participating and/or being an audience member or spectator in any Snowdown sponsored event, you agree to the entry protocol and the policies that are required by those venues hosting Snowdown events. It is important that you also follow any local, state or federal mandates at the time of events. Snowdown recommends that all participants wear masks whenever possible at events. Individual locations may require additional precautions. Snowdown reserves the right to update these policies at any time due to changes in guidelines by local, state and federal authorities. Detailed instructions and information may be provided at time of ticket purchase and/or attendance.
Participants will have the option a few days before Snowdown begins of obtaining a wristband indicating the wearer has submitted of proof of vaccination. This wristband will allow entry to all Snowdown events that require proof of vaccination.
Entry Requirements for Fashion Do’s and Don’ts, Chili Cook Off and Bloody Mary Contest, all Follies shows, and Prize Party
To protect the health and safety of the community we are offering two options for entry into these venues where Snowdown Fashion Do’s and Don’ts, Chili Cook Off, Bloody Mary Contest, Follies and Prize Party events are being held. Each person entering these events will be required to provide one of the following;
- Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination
- Proof of negative Covid-19 test within (72 HOUR TIME STAMP TO ENTER ANIMAS CITY THEATRE)
Acceptable form of Covid-19 Vaccination proof
An original, official COVID-19 vaccination certificate or photo of an original, official COVID-19 vaccination certificate Cell phone photos or myColorado™ app vaccination records are acceptable – all text must be legible. The name on the vaccination record must match the name on the ID of the attendee.
Acceptable form of Negative Covid-19 tests
A valid original negative Covid-19 Test (72 HOUR time-stamped). Self-administered tests will not be accepted. A legal ID is also required and the name on the ID must match the name on the vaccination record.
Entry recommendation for all other Snowdown venues and events
To protect the health and safety of the community we are asking event hosts and venues to consider our recommendations for proof of vaccine and/or negative test. We also ask that they comply with local, state and federal guidelines at the time of events. We also recommend that all other Snowdown event hosts and venues create an expedited entry procedure, when possible, for participants and spectators who are wearing a wristband indicating the wearer has already submitted proof of vaccination.
