About Mary Robin Spoonamore
Born and raised on a farm in Boyle County, Mary Robin named "Jane Barleycorn's" in order to put a feminine spin on "John Barleycorn," a known euphemism for "whisky" and because it alluded to her rural experiences of working in the fields in order to bring good things to the table. You can usually find her curating menus, suggesting pairings, or visiting with the patrons.
