Whisk(e)y of the World Dinner, 21 & Over

Hosted by Breck Taylor and tasting a wide selection of whiskey from around the world including Blade & Bow Bourbon, Woodford Rye, Crown Royal Reserve, Oban 14 year Single Malt, George Dickel 9 year Barrel select, Suntory Yamazaki 12 year & Slane Irish Whiskey. Paired with a menu created by our executive chef, will round out the fantastic night.

Soup: Butternut squash bisque with a roasted red pepper reduction and edible flowers. Paired with Blade and Bow
App: Seared scallops with bacon in a lemon butter sauce. Served with Suntory Yamazaki
Salad: Rainbow chard and goat cheese salad topped with fresh figs and a ginger honey dressing. Paired with Crown Royal Reserve
Main: Pork Roulade stuffed with prosciutto spinach and basil, served with roasted asparagus. Paired with Oban
Dessert: Crème Brule, paired with Slane
