Ballet Basics for Adults

No matter your experience, the purpose of this class is to provide training without the pressure of pursuing a career. You will clear your mind and feel a sense of calm. The classes are aimed to improve your flexibility as you stretch out many of the major and minor muscle groups while also improving stamina, coordination and posture. Whether 25 or 65, you are never too old to learn Ballet!

Classes are Tuesday's & Thursday's / 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM:
January 25, 27
February 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24
March 1, 3

Suitable for adults 18 and over
Class limited to 12 participants
