Please note that the Waterside Theatre is an outdoor venue. The safety of our patrons and performers is our top priority – therefore we occasionally must make the decision to cancel a performance due to inclement weather.

All sales are final. If we cancel a performance, ticket holders may exchange the ticket(s) for another performance thru the 2028 season by calling the Ticket Office after 12 the next business day. Refunds are only given if Performance Cancellation Insurance has been purchased and the performance has been cancelled.
