A ticket delivery delay is enabled for this performance regardless of method of delivery: (print-at home/mobile ticket, will-call, phone, box office.)
A delivery delay is used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk and ensure the purchasing process is fair.
Delivery information is provided within your purchase confirmation email. If you haven’t received your tickets two days (48 hours) before the event, please reach out to the Temple Theatre Box Office (Boxoffice@mytemplearts.org) or by calling (989) 754-7469.
All sales are final. No request for cancellations, exchanges, changes or refunds shall be honored.
Information regarding COVID-19:
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting the Temple Theatre, renters and all guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
As the State of Michigan enters the COVID-19 Recovery Phase, the Temple Theatre is moving to a “masks suggested” policy versus the previous “masks required” policy of recent months. Specific events may still have requirements based on the artist or touring group’s requirements. Please visit event pages for information on COVID-19 precautions for individual events. The Temple Theatre reserves the right to modify COVID-19 policies to comply with mandates or to help ensure the safety and well-being of its patrons should conditions change.
