SUMMER CAMP 2020: VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT TICKET - PAYMENT PLAN (PHASE A)
The total purchase charge for each deposit ticket will be $299.95 and will be broken down into 3 payments.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE EACH PAYMENT, PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAWN.
You will be required to make each payment on your own through your Account Manager, no payments will be automatically deducted. If payments are not made, your ticket will be cancelled and all previous payments will not be refunded. Instructions on how to make payments will be emailed to you after your first payment is made:
• Your first payment plan charge of $98.98 will occur when you complete your initial transaction.
• Your second payment of $98.98 will need to be made on March 1st, 2020
• Your third and final payment of $101.99 will need to be made on April 1st, 2020
By purchasing this deposit ticket via the payment plan, all ticket purchasers and/or bearers are agreeing to our PAYMENT PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once you have completed your work on site, you will be refunded your volunteer deposit, approximately 3 weeks after the festival. Please note there is a non-refundable application fee of $20 for each deposit ticket.
To fill out application, purchase this ticket and you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and links to the application.
General Volunteers will work three (3) five (5) hour shifts throughout the weekend. Everyone will work at least two shifts Friday through Sunday with the option of requesting shifts on Thursday or Monday. Shifts begin at each 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm.
GREEN TEAM VOLUNTEERS
Green Team volunteers have two options of completing hours, but every Green Team volunteer will complete one sorting shift. Green Team members can either work two (2) five (5) hour shifts AND one (1) four (4) hour sorting shift OR you may choose to work three (3) four (4) hour sorting shifts. Shifts begin at each 8am, 12pm or 4pm.
Soulshine Ambassadors will participate in a total of 18 hours broken into multiple shifts throughout the weekend. Shifts may be available Wednesday, Thursday and Monday by request. Soulshine Ambassadors applications are more involved than the standard volunteer or green team applications. Those who join this team should have high ambitions to be very loud, active, exciting and involved in the festival Make a Difference program. If we find an applicant that may not suit this time, applicant will have the option of joining either the General Volunteer team or the Green Team.
