PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION
The nine-acre grounds that Paul and Audrey Poberezny once called home will now be on display thanks to Aircraft Spruce and the Irwin family, who recently purchased the property. The Irwin family has had a more than 50-year relationship with the Pobereznys and are honored to open this historic home and grounds for EAA members and aviation enthusiasts to enjoy.

Visitors will be able to walk through the meticulously sculpted grounds where Paul and Audrey spent 30 years of their lives. The unique experience includes access to:



  • Paul's basement

  • His office above the garage

  • The "West Wing"

  • The Annex

  • Thousands of personal memorabilia from a lifetime in aviation

  • Paul and Audrey's Memorial Garden

  • The nature area encompassing the property



  • Within these areas of the property, guests will be able to make their way through Paul's multiple offices that reside in the Annex, "West Wing" and above his garage where he would dream, read, write and nurture the EAA organization. Visitors will have the chance to witness the thousands of photos and memorabilia that adorns the walls of each location, and captures his love of people and how he valued relationships. Many of Paul and Audrey's late friends are shown to be never forgotten by being recognized in their beautiful Memorial Garden and nature area.
