PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION


The Supervisory/Management Leadership is an intensive 2-day training experience in which participants are immersed in each topic with a variety of learning experiences, including role-plays, and simulations. The instructor’s pace is fast-moving, interesting, and motivational. Participants become skilled at communicating effectively, coaching, and handling difficult people, situations, and much more.







  • The workshop will meet on Tuesday, March 16th, and Tuesday, March 23rd. It will meet from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm on both days.

Terry also has 9 years experience as a customer service manager, training employees to deliver the highest standards of performance. Terry is no stranger to helping people. He has spent over 18 years as an innovator and corporate leader, training, motivating and guiding people into rewarding careers. Terry is an energetic and dynamic motivational speaker.
