USSSA Space Coast

This event has fastpitch softball games being played on all 15 complex fields (Red Quad, White Quad, Blue Quad, Junior Stadium, Fastpitch Stadium, and Space Coast Stadium).

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I am aware that sports involve certain inherent risks, dangers, and hazards which can result in serious personal injury or death. I am also aware that sports facilities contain dangers that can cause serious injury or death. I hereby freely agree to assume and accept all known and unknown risks of injury arising out of participating in or attending sports activities at the USSSA Space Coast Complex (the “Facility”). I further recognize and acknowledge that the risks of sports can be greatly reduced by taking lessons, abiding by the Facility’s Responsibility Code, and using common sense.

RELEASE AND WAIVER CLAIMS AGREEMENT:
For allowing me to participate and/or attend sports activities as the Facility, I agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as follows:

1) TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS that I may have against USSSA, Inc., USCC SFM, LLC, and Sports Facilities Management, LLC (collectively referred to herein as the “Releasees”) arising out of participating in and/or attending sports activities at the Facility.

2) TO RELEASE the Releasees from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that I (or my next of kin) may suffer arising out of participating and/or attending sports activities at the Facility from any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract on the part of the Facility’s operation, supervision, design, and maintenance.
