Ticket Policy: Tickets are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable upon purchase.
Ticket Requirement: Passengers 3 and under do not require a ticket but must sit in a guardian's lap.

Restrooms are available on board.
A concession car will be open to all passengers who wish to purchase snacks, beverages and CVSR merchandise. Cash and credit cards are accepted (excluding American Express).
🅿️ Parking: Available at the station.
Age Limit: All ages are welcome, except in the Open Air Lounge, which is restricted to guests 21 and over due to the availability of cigars and bourbon for purchase.
♿Passengers requiring wheelchair access or handicap accessibility should select seating in “ADA Coach" when purchasing tickets.
