Are there any limits to when I can access the roof?
Yes, the roof will be open from 10:00am – 3:00pm during Silobration. If the roof reaches capacity (50 guests), a queue line will form at the base of the exterior Market staircase until capacity is available. 

Is the roof accessible for strollers/wheelchairs, etc?
Access to the roof is available via a three-floor staircase, however an elevator is available upon request at check-in. All guests accessing the roof of the Market are required to ascend two steps and descend one step.  

Can someone go on the roof without a ticket?
No, guests are required to have a Rooftop Pass in order to visit the roof during Silobration. 

Can kids access the roof for free?

Kids 4 years and younger do not need a ticket and are welcome to access the roof accompanied by an adult with a pass.
