Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes! Full refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the tour. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour's start time will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed in the Customer Support portal.

Can kids take a tour for free?

Kids ages 4 years and below do not have to pay for a ticket and are free to join you for this experience!

Can I go and see the inside of the herbarium if I don’t have a ticket?

The herbarium is only open to ticketed guests. 

Should I be prepared to tip my garden host?

Our garden hosts are not expecting tips, but are able to accept them when given!

Do I get to take my Herbarium page home immediately after my garden experience?

Yes! Guests will get to design their own herbarium page from a selection of pre-pressed flowers and take it home as a keepsake! 

Does this experience include a frame for my Herbarium Page?

No. Frames can be purchased separately along with a curated selection of retail items that will be available for purchase in the Herbarium.
