Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes! Full refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed in the Customer Support portal.

Can kids take a tour for free?
Kids aged 4 years and below do not have to pay for a ticket and are free to join you on the tour.

Does the tour allow for strollers/wheelchairs, etc.?
No. The Gristmill does not have an elevator and requires guests’ ability to access four staircases.
