About Lissie
Midwestern artist Lissie is a multi-talented tour de force who will release her new Americana-tinged indie folk album "Carving Canyons" on September 16. Ahead of the release she has unveiled the first song two songs “Flowers” and “Night Moves”. Debuted by FLOOD Magazine, the haunting sun-soaked song Night Moves channels Fleetwood Mac grandeur as it explores sensory memory and considering multiple realities vs one’s own point of view when navigating heartbreak.
"Carving Canyons" is about looking within while dealing with the uncertainty of the future—finding hope in personal and worldly adversity, no matter what the forecast might say. Inspired by her incredible intergenerational female friend group and the nature that surrounded her, Lissie traveled to Nashville and co-wrote much of the album with a majority of female-identifying songwriters—including Bre Kennedy, Madi Diaz, Morgan Nagler, Natalie Hemby, Kate York, and Sarah Buxton—who also contribute additional vocals throughout the album.
"Carving Canyons" is Lissie’s first full-length album since her UK Top 10 album “Castles" in 2018. In 2010, her 1st full length album "Catching A Tiger" unassumingly established Lissie as a global voice. Lissie has recently appeared in TV shows Twin Peaks and Loudermilk as well as co-owns the music genre themed popcorn company Otts Pops Indie Pop and is involved with land conservation.

Meghan Kreidler is an actor and musician from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her theater credits include work with Theater Mu, Mixed Blood Theatre, Guthrie Theater, Children’s Theatre Company, Theater Latté Da, History Theatre, Ten Thousand Things, Park Square Theatre, Workhaus Collective, and The Old Globe in San Diego. She is a recipient of the 2017 Ivey Award for Emerging Artist, the 2017 City Pages Artist of the Year, and is the 2022-2023 McKnight Theater Artist Fellow.
Michael Anderson is a musician by night and a nurse... by night! His work in the healthcare field has taught him to embrace the stories of others as well as the tenuousness of life. This unique insight into the world shines through in his songwriting and creative writing. Michael originated the short-story Stone Baby that he and Kreidler then developed with their band Kiss the Tiger into the genre-bending rock and roll, spoken-word, storytelling performance piece. They originally co-produced the piece with Trademark Theater in March of 2022. In January of 2023 they remounted the piece as the sole producers. Michael also fronts local tribute band “Tramps Like Us”.
About Kiss the Tiger:
At a time when the world seems intent on pushing us further inward and further apart, Kiss the Tiger are here to rattle our bones and bust us out of our cocoons with some good old fashioned rock and roll. Fronted by the magnetic and disarming Meghan Kreidler, who draws on her background in theater to break the fourth wall between audience and band with her righteous fist pumps and high kicks, this is a band that doesn’t just play. They combust. And watching them set the stage ablaze, it’s hard not to feel that tension that’s been built up in all of us these past few years slowly release, too, like a collective exhale set to ratcheting guitars, buoyant bass lines and Kreidler’s perfectly pitched screams. Theirs is a clean-burning fire. Hell, you might even call it healing.
About The Champagne Drops:
The Champagne Drops is made up of Emily Dussault and Leslie Vincent. From jazzy standards to original indie songs, this female duo runs the gamut of musical genres and styles, bringing stories of friendship, motherhood, and female empowerment to their work. In 2021, the Champagne Drops released their debut album of originals, Side By Side.

DAVE SIMONETT (of Trampled By Turtles) with special guest Superior Siren.
About Dave Simonett:
Dave Simonett has spent almost two decades as the lead singer, guitar player and songwriter for the widely popular and beloved roots band, Trampled By Turtles. He also fronts Dead Man Winter, a bull-bodied, emotionally resonant brand of Americana-infused indie rock band. He now boldly steps forward with a shining collection of new solo material for the first time under his own name called Red Tail. While Dead Man Winter's Furnace was a much-needed cathartic experience for Simonett during a dark time, he is not connecting these songs on Red Tail to his own life as he prefers to allow listeners to develop their own interpretations. The conversational and poetic style in which Simonett writes lends itself to this perfectly, inspired by the spacious and stark Northern woods of Minnesota, where he's from. Drawing from the outdoors, Simonett uses light, weather and imagery to paint introspective, cinematic scenes that are easy to lose yourself in.
About Superior Siren:
Superior Siren is an eerie folk project from Duluth, Minnesota. The music is inspired by Lake Superior and Siren mythology and offers an alluring and dangerous expression of vulnerability and desire. Superior Siren is led by singer-songwriter and guitarist Laura Sellner. In 2016 she joined forces with cellist Rachel Gobin, bassist Nyssa Krause, and drummer Emma Deaner to craft a mesmerizing blend of strings and percussion. The all-female band released a full-length album in 2018, followed by a tour of the Midwestern United States. In 2021, Superior Siren released a solo EP titled “Kill Your Darlings”. The collection spotlights Sellner’s haunting voice and poignant songwriting. Superior Siren continues to perform as a solo or full band act, and is in production of the next full-length album.
