The Breeders' Cup Experience Tour
Keeneland Tours, Lexington, KY
Enjoy a behind-the-scenes look as Keeneland transforms into the home of the 2022 Breeders’ Cup World Championships. See and learn how the months of preparations are needed to host this international event. Tours will let you see first-hand the additions on the grounds that includes exclusive seating and dining areas in the paddock and on the Clubhouse turn, as well as hospitality centers for our guests from around the world.
Begin by watching horses scheduled to race in the Breeders’ Cup while they train on the main track. Tour the grounds by bus to see the stable area at the nearby Keeneland Training Center on Rice Road, which is reserved exclusively for Breeders’ Cup horses. Stay on the bus and see the horses in their morning routines. This area is otherwise restricted to the general public. See the various temporary structures that were constructed around Keeneland to accommodate horsemen and racing fans. Stop at the Keeneland Library to enjoy the Breeders’ Cup Exhibit, which features photographs and mementos from the Breeders’ Cup and celebrates the performances of such favorites as American Pharoah and Zenyatta.
Each person on the tour will receive the 2022 Breeders’ Cup official glass.
