Join us for a 45-minute guided tour of the Silos grounds to hear the story of how Magnolia came to be, the history behind the Silos property (including Chip and Joanna’s heart and vision for each space), and behind-the-scenes notes from Fixer Upper. Plus, visit the roof of Magnolia Market for the best photo op on the grounds!
Note: all guests accessing the roof of the Market are required to ascend two steps and descend one step.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes! Full refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the tour. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour's start time will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed in the Customer Support portal.
Does the tour go inside the Silos?
No - there is nothing inside of the Silos currently.
Can kids take a tour for free?
Kids ages 4 years and below do not have to pay for a ticket and are free to join you on the tour!
Is there a group rate or discount for larger groups?
Yes! For groups of six or more, a 10% discount will be applied.
Does the tour allow for strollers/wheelchairs, etc?
Yes! This walking tour covers the entire property, including three staircases, but elevators and ramps are available for those who need them.
