Join us this summer for a tour of Chip and Jo’s latest Fixer Upper—a century-old castle in the heart of Waco, Texas. This is a limited-time opportunity to step inside our newest Fixer Upper and see its transformation before it airs on the second season of Fixer Upper: Welcome Home this fall. Tour dates begin July 21 and end in October.
Walking tours will be one hour long and hosted in small groups. (Note: Guests should be able to physically walk three sets of staircases.) Buy your tickets to enjoy an inspiring journey through the history and design of this one-of-a-kind home!
20% of net profits will be donated to The Cove, a local non-profit benefiting the homeless youth of Waco.
Can I go and see the castle if I don’t have a ticket?
Out of respect for the neighborhood, we only allow ticketed guests onto the property.
Can kids take a tour for free?
Kids 7 years old or younger do not have to pay for a ticket and are free to join you on the tour!
Is there a group rate or discount for larger groups?
Yes! For groups of six or more, a 10% discount will be applied. Tickets must be purchased in the same transaction.
Does the tour allow for strollers/wheelchairs, etc?
This century-old home does not have an elevator and requires guests’ ability to access three staircases.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes, refunds for the cost of tickets are offered within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Any cancellations outside of that window will result in forfeiture of all ticket fees.
Will the castle look the same as it does on reveal day on the show?
Yes! The home is staged exactly how it will be shown on the episode when it airs this fall.
