Holiday Cheer Décor Tour

Join us on a tour of the Governor's Palace and focus on the decorations for the upcoming "Holiday Cheer" celebration. Hadley Cheris, Tryon Palace Gardens and Greenhouse Manager, will lead a tour of the first floor of the Governor's Palace, describing the special items used in the decorations, designing tips and the pieces’ theming for this year’s holiday decor.

Space is limited on each tour and flash photography is prohibited. Tours may involve walking and climbing stairs. Tickets do not include additional tours or access to the Tryon Palace Grounds.

Discovering Tryon Palace: Holiday Décor Tours will take place on Wednesday, November 25, December 2, 9, 16, 2020. All tours will begin at the Tryon Palace Front Gates at 10:30 a.m. Tickets for tours must be purchased before 10:30 a.m.. If tickets are purchase on line you will pick them up at the Waystation Ticket Office across the street from the Palace front gate before 10:30am. Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.
