※チケットはご来館日前日の午後11時59分までご購入いただけます。
※お客様のご都合によりキャンセルをご希望される方は、キャンセルフォームよりご来館当日の午前0時0分までお手続きいただけます。受付期間後のキャンセルはお受けすることができません。

・お申込手続き後、「ご購入確認メール」をお送りしますので、etix.com からのメールを受信できるよう予め設定をお願いします。

・開館日のうち、すべてが定員に達した日については、カレンダーのご来館日を選択いただけません。

休館日：火曜日（3月1日～11月30日）
　　　　火曜日から木曜日（12月1日～2月末）
　　　　※ただし祝日の場合は開館、翌日休館
　　　　※ただし月曜日が祝日の場合は、火曜日開館、翌水曜日休館
　　　　※2/23（水）、2/24（木）は開館致します。

・Select the date of your visit on the calendar and select your visit time from the available timeslots pull-down menu.
*Online tickets can be purchased until 11:59pm(JST) the day before your visit.
*Cancellations due to customers' preferences can be proceeded up to 12:00am(JST) of the day of your visit using the cancellation form. No further cancellations will be accepted after this time.

・A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been processed, so please make sure you can receive emails from etix.com.

・You cannot select a date on the calendar when all available days are sold out.

Closed: Tuesdays (March 1 - November 30), Tuesdays to Thursdays (December 1 - last day of February)
*The Museum will be open on Feb 23th (Wednesday) and 24th (Thursday).
