SUMMER CAMP 2018: VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT TICKET - PAYMENT PLAN

The total purchase charge for each deposit ticket will be $282.00 and will be broken down into 3 payments. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE EACH PAYMENT, PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAWN. You will be required to make each payment on your own through your Account Manager, no payments will be automatically deducted. If payments are not made, your ticket will be cancelled and all previous payments will not be refunded. Instructions on how to make payments will be emailed to you after your first payment is made:
• Your first payment plan charge of $95.88 will occur when you complete your initial transaction.
• Your second payment of $93.06 will need to be made on March 1st, 2018
• Your third payment of $93.06 will need to be made on April 1st, 2018

By purchasing this deposit ticket via the payment plan, all ticket purchasers and/or bearers are agreeing to our PAYMENT PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once you have completed your work on site, you will be refunded your volunteer deposit, approximately 3 weeks after the festival. Please note there is a non-refundable application fee of $20 for each deposit ticket.

GREEN TEAM VOLUNTEERS



Green Team volunteers have two options of completing hours, but every Green Team volunteer will complete one sorting shift. Green Team members can either work two (2) five (5) hour shifts AND one (1) four (4) hour sorting shift OR you may choose to work three (3) four (4) hour sorting shifts. Shifts begin at each 8am, 12pm or 4pm.


GENERAL VOLUNTEERS



General Volunteers will work three (3) five (5) hour shifts throughout the weekend. Everyone will work at least two shifts Friday through Sunday with the option of requesting shifts on Thursday or Monday. Shifts begin at each 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm.


SOULSHINE AMBASSADOR



Soulshine Ambassadors will participate in a total of 18 hours broken into multiple shifts throughout the weekend. Shifts may be available Wednesday, Thursday and Monday by request. Soulshine Ambassadors applications are more involved than the standard volunteer or green team applications. Those who join this team should have high ambitions to be very loud, active, exciting and involved in the festival Make a Difference program. If we find an applicant that may not suit this time, applicant will have the option of joining either the General Volunteer team or the Green Team.

SUMMER CAMP 2018: 3-DAY PASS MAY 25th-27th 2018---PAYMENT PLAN PHASE A



Terms and Conditions:

In purchasing the SUMMER CAMP 2018: 3-DAY PASS MAY 25th-27th 2018 using the Payment Plan you are agreeing to the following:

• Your total purchase charge for each ticket purchased will be $253.50 and will include:
--Ticket Price ($229.50)
--Convenience Fee ($15.40)
--Facility Fee ($8.60)

• Your first payment plan charge of $63.38 will occur when you complete your initial transaction.
• Your second payment of $63.38 will need to be made on March 1st, 2018
• Your third payment of $63.38 will need to be made on April 1st, 2018
• Your fourth and final payment of $63.38 will need to be made on May 1st, 2018


Your second, third and fourth charges will need to be made by you on each due date. A link to make payments will be sent via email in the days preceding each due date. 




PLEASE NOTE:YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE EACH PAYMENT, PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAWN.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. INCOMPLETE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

• After the final payment you will receive your tickets via email. At that time you must be able print your tickets—no other delivery method is being offered under the payment plan.



Etix.com, Jay Goldberg Events, & Summer Camp Music Festival LLC are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets sent via US Mail. Customers must report any lost or missing tickets by 48 hours before doors open.
The purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket understands and acknowledges that he/she is purchasing this ticket to the Summer Camp Music Festival and not a particular artist's performance. The Summer Camp Music Festival is an outdoor festival and weather conditions will affect the performances of all entertainers and there is a possibility that a particular performer may or may not be able to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. Thus, the purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket understands, acknowledges and will not expect a refund for the purchase of this ticket for any talent cancellations. Talent line-up and schedule is subject to change at any time.
In addition, the purchaser of this ticket understands and acknowledges that this is a camping festival in a natural and unimproved environment and that as with all camping in natural conditions, there are inherent risks of injury or death due to causes of nature. By purchasing this ticket and choosing to attend Summer Camp Music Festival, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and assumes such risks to injury and agrees to hold Summer Camp Music Festival LLC and Jay Goldberg Events and Entertainment harmless in the event of such injury or death.

PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION
Every PRIMITIVE RV SPOT (without Electricity) & RV SPOT w/ ELECTRICITY ticket holder must also possess a 3 Day Pass in order to enter the festival with your RV pass. You only need one RV pass per vehicle. Every person inside the RV must possess a 3 Day Pass. You can also enter the festival with your RV on Thursday as long as everyone in your vehicle also has a Thursday Pre-Party pass.

PRIMITIVE RV SPOT (WITHOUT ELECTRICITY) - Most vehicle types are allowed: - 16ft x 30ft Space - No Electricity - No Water Hookups - Located adjacent to Starshine Stage. See the “Primitive RV Camping” area on the festival map.

RV/ELECTRIC 25': - 16ft x 25ft Space - Electricity included - No Water Hookups - Located adjacent to the Red Barn, see the “Electric RV Camping” area on the festival map.

RV/ELECTRIC 40': - 16ft x 40ft Space - Electricity included - No Water Hookups - Located adjacent to the Red Barn, see the “Electric RV Camping” area on the festival map.


VIP RV: (On Sale when VIP Upgrade Tickets are available soon!) - 16ft x 40ft Space - Electricity included - No Water Hookups - Located adjacent to the VIP Lounge. See the “VIP RV Camping” area on the festival map.


Every VIP RV SPOT (with Electricity) ticket holder must also possess a 3 Day Pass & a VIP Upgrade in order to enter the festival with your RV pass on Thursday. EVERYONE camping in the RV must possess both a 3 Day Pass & a VIP Upgrade.
For all RV options, You are allowed to setup tents within your designated space next to your vehicles. Please stay within your designated space and be courteous to your neighbors.
