Pablo Moses (born Pablo Henry, 28 June 1948, Manchester, Jamaica) is a roots reggae vocalist.
Moses got his start in music performing with informal school bands. He and Don Prendes formed a group and entered talent shows, performing under the name, "The Canaries." Moses released a number of records over several decades, but he is best known for his debut, 1975's Revolutionary Dream, produced by Geoffrey Chung, which included "I Man A Grasshopper," engineered at The Black Ark by Lee "Scratch" Perry. His 1980 follow up, A Song, was well received by his fans and music critics. Also well received was the single "Ready, Aim, Fire" off his 1983 album In The Future. Pablo Moses continues to bring reggae to the masses around the world.

Bossanova Presents:
Evergrey
with Seven Kingdoms, Need, Ascendia + Special Guest

Evergrey ---
For decades, Sweden has continued to produce the top names in heavy metal, regardless of sub-genre. Although debuting back in ’98, this Gothenburg outfit is only now receiving the international acclaim due them. Molding the various pedigrees of their countrymen into one distinctive sound: supreme musicianship prized by perfectionists, yet intense enough to win the blackened hearts of those more primordial, EVERGREY offer fans something truly different.
In these days of paint-by-numbers releases, where everyone mimics the elite purveyors of a particular style, EVERGREY’s music is something unique. Reviewers, and fans alike, typically use other bands as a reference point when discussing music. “They sound like X,” is a common refrain. Not so, EVERGREY. Built on a solid foundation of progressive metal, the multi-dimension voice of guitarist Tom S. Englund is what separates these Swedes. The lanky frontman possesses both a coarse, rasp and silky voice, equally suited for the band’s diverse repertoire. Regardless of which set of vocal chords he employed, Englund delivers an emotional performance, from pained, heart wrenching agony to bitter aggression. On their fourth opus, Recreation Day, the band has graduated to the next level, constructing eleven elaborately layered songs, which highlight this passion soaked voice. Paradoxically, as lovely as the piano accompanied title track and the sultry female wails on ‘Darkest Hour’ are, EVERGREY excel onstage, still a weak point for most prog-metal acts. The live intensity is shared by the likes of ‘Visions’ and the opener, ‘The Great Deceiver.’
VIP includes meet & greet, VIP poster, and photo with the band.

Bossanova Presents:
ARKONA with SIRENIA (first time in the USA)
and Grave Shadow, Sicosis, Vintersea

The beginnings of ARKONA date back to 2002, when members of local pagan community "Vyatichi", Masha "Scream" Arhipova and Alexander "Warlock" Korolyov, decided to form a band that mirrored their individual philosophy and musical tastes. ARKONA began performing live in early 2003. Many concert-goers experienced the band for the first time at the Yazycheskaya Rus Festival. The members of Arkona have already managed to make a name for themselves within the pagan metal scene that extends way beyond the borders of their native Russia. SIRENIA was formed by Morten Veland in January 2001. SIRENIA has toured extensively in Europe, Central and South America, and Australia for over more than a decade and performed at the biggest festivals in Europe on the same billing as huge acts like; Ozzy Osbourne, Iron Maiden, Aerosmith and Korn, to mention a few. SIRENIA sounds like a mixture of gothic metal and rock with classical orchestrations, in addition to some elements from more extreme metal genres. Their sound have a solid base in the powerful drums and bass supported by massive rhythm guitars, dressed with atmospheric keyboards and spiced with melancholic violins and 12-string guitars. The music is at all times melodic and groovy. The vocal styles are diverse and consist of female vocals, choirs, growls, screams, clean male vocals, whispers and samples. The songs are very intense and the atmosphere changes frequently. The lyrics are based on reflections on life, death, love, hate, paranoia, anxiety and mental decline in general. Sirenia is: Morten Veland [guitars and vocals], Emmanuelle Zoldan [female vocals], Jonathan A. Perez [drums] and Jan Erik Soltvedt [guitars].

Bossanova Presents:
U.K. Metal Legends: DIAMOND HEAD
with special guests: Danava & Disenchanter * 21 and over only *Diamond Head were one of the first new wave of British Heavy Metal bands and were poised for success from the very beginning. Sounds (and later Kerrang!) journalist Geoff Barton even proclaimed that "there are more good riffs in a single Diamond Head song than there are in the first four Black Sabbath albums."

Signed to MCA Records, they were hyped as "the new Led Zeppelin," yet after two albums on that label (the latter, Canterbury, a very expensive production), they were still not playing big stages. MCA Records dropped them and they split up for the first time in 1985.

They got some major recognition after Metallica covered their songs (to this day, Metallica have covered an album's worth of Diamond Head songs), and then Lars Ulrich featured them (twice) on his New Wave of British Heavy Metal '79 Revisited compilation.

They reunited in 1991 with a good label deal and a new album featuring guest appearances by Tony Iommi and Dave Mustaine, yet success still largely escaped them.

They broke up again in 1994 and reformed in 2002 with Brian Tatler as the sole original member.

Diamond Head (Lçʻahi) is the name of a dormant volcanic cone on the Hawaiian island Oʻahu, but the band got the idea from a Phil Manzanera album of the same name.

Bossanova Presents:
Reagan Youth
with Cliterati, Nokmim and 13 Scars.Reagan Youth is a political hardcore punk band that embraces "Anarchy + Peace & Unity" school of thought. Reagan Youth parodies and pokes fun at Republicanism, the Religious Right, Racists and of course: Ronald Reagan's policies. The band formed in 1980 as it became obvious that Ronald Reagan was to become America's president. The band's songs were about the evils of society and the band's name was a play on HITLER YOUTH; comparing Reagan to Hitler due to the Republican party's fascist tendencies. A loud, fast, anarchist, punk rock band that exposes the evils of society.
