University of Kentucky Department of Theatre & Dance presents "Henry V" by William Shakespeare / Directed by Christina Ritter.
Young Henry ascends the throne and proves his worth as king through an ambitious invasion of France. Is he a self-absorbed twenty-something arguing with his father? Is he a shrewd negotiator of foreign and domestic affairs for the people of England? Shakespeare’s masterpiece depicts the horrors of war and the growing pains of a young royal.
This performance is in the Guignol Theatre of the UK Fine Arts Building, 465 Rose Street. General Admission seating.
