Doors Open: 4:45 PM
Doors Open: 4:45 PM
Take a trip back to 70s on the mystery machine and learn how to turn rope and twine into pretty magical plant hangers/ terrarium holders. You will learn the art of macrame, in all its retro glory- mastering basic knots including the double half hitch, the square knot and half square knots. You will create an adorable little wallhanging to get you warmed up for making bigger ones at home and just enough to get it down. We also will have a selection of sticks, twigs and dowels for your base and fun natural goodies, beads and more to embellish this babe out. Make your weird hippie Aunt proud guys.
Then well bust out a variety of orbs and jars to make a terrarium to add to it. We will have various orb shapes and some vintage glassware. We reccommend if you want a large one, ordering or finding a large globe like this (to keep prices low, we cant offer one quite THIS big) We will happily let you fill it. We also will have some simple Ikea planters too of you prefer to go the planted succulent route too. We also welcome you to bring a favorite plant and you can pop it on a planter we supply too. So we give you options to really make your macrame awesome & fill it how you want- fun times!
