Breakout alt-country singer-songwriter Jason Isbell has added a tour stop at the EKU Center for the Arts in Richmond on Friday, April 21. The Alabama-native and former Drive-By Trucker (2001-2007) has experienced something of a meteoric rise following his move to Nashville in 2011. He recently sold out a four-night run at the coveted Ryman Auditorium in mere minutes, and won two Grammys for his 2015 album, Something More Than Free— Best Americana Album and also Best American/Roots Song for "24 Frames" from the same album. Isbell will be supported by special guest, guitarist-composer William Tyler.
