The General Assembly Chorus presents our annual show in support of the Pretty In Pink Foundation, May 30, at the Cary Arts Center, 101 Dry Avenue, Cary. There will be 2:00 PM matinee and 7:30 PM evening performances.
The benefit concert will be hosted by Greg Fishel of WRAL TV. Along with The General Assembly Chorus of Raleigh we have two entertaining and vibrant quartets. Up All Night is one of the funniest and most entertaining quartets around. They are a top Barbershop Harmony Society quartet from New York City that strives to keep you Up All Night with their mix of original comedy, spirituals, Sinatra-style swing and heartfelt ballads. Lustre, the 2015 6th Place Sweet AdeIines International finalists, has a long list of credentials and will wow you with their performance of Barbershop music, as well as jazz, pop, and American standards.
Proceeds from tickets sales and corporate sponsorships directly benefit women and men who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and have little or no insurance. Pretty In Pink Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that provides financial assistance, resources and support to North Carolina citizens with limited financial means who are battling the disease
