OK so this is one of those awesome classes we ve tried to pull off for about 4 years and we are so happy to offer this baby. In this super fun class, you ll learn all about SUCCULENTS! We ll combine some gardening, a little bit of hardware/ tool slinging and a lot of fun. You ll learn how to slay at vertical gardening with succulents which will get you started on no doubt, more of an addiction to these magical green guys. Class will start with you assembling your wooden box, which will come pre- prepped and cut. You will get to sling and hammer and drill while the class assembles this adorable little wooden box12 inches by 12inches. Then our mistress of flowers, Lorena, will delve into a boot camp on succulents and how to care for them, water, light and growth. You ll then fill up and garden your cute lil vertical box with mosses, succulents and get it sturdy. Since succulents take time to root, you will need to care for this puppy on a flat surface for 2-3 weeks before you can hang it. So you ll have time to bond with your plants, talk to them and make sure they grow nicely. This class will have a variety of succulents but in order to keep the class affordable, we will supplying about 10-14 smaller plants, which will grow- so if you want instant gratification, please feel free to bring some larger succulents or some with you. As well you can add more after. Since vertical gardening can be $expensive$ and so can succulents, we ve managed to build this baby ourselves and make it as affordable as possible.
