In this class, raw vegan foodie darling Laura Miller, creator of Sidesaddle Kitchen, will show you how to create desserts that use raw, vegan-friendly ingredients and are NOT GROSS! (Yes, as chronic sweet snackers- we were weary too...) Learn just how simple it is to make raw desserts at home with just a few quality ingredients. In this class, you will learn the basics of creating raw pies, truffles, and puddings – no fancy equipment or hippie credentials needed! You’ll use high quality, super fresh ingredients. Feel free to bring an apron and your own chefs or cutting knife if you like. Walk out being able to eat a plate of desserts but have it be good for you AND delicious.
