The musicians in this 7-piece Talking Heads Tribute take pride in faithfully recreating the music of Talking Heads entire career, including songs Talking Heads never performed live! Together they bring much of the Heads unique live show to the stage, with front man Jon Braun as a spot-on David Byrne, some have said this is the closest thing you’ll get to seeing Talking Heads again.

 A Stephen Kellogg performance is like watching Ted Lasso live. Whether you have heard of him before or not you will leave the show inspired, restored and having experienced an offering like no other. For more than two decades, this wordsmith, Tedx speaker, stand up comic, family man and troubadour, has delighted audiences around the world. Planet Bluegrass calls him “a first class songwriter with a poet's gift for fresh imagery,” and Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz says of Kellogg, “there are few people in rock n’ roll who are just so great.” He has received the Armed Forces Entertainer of the Year award and has had his work nominated for a Grammy. Rolling Stone magazine describes his sound as “John Prine fronting the Heartbreakers.” Kellogg’s songs and stories speak to our lives with an immediacy scarcely seen in the modern landscape. Each performance paints a unique canvas that covers the full spectrum of human emotions. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry and you’ll go home with a full heart.

For Mihali, music behaves much like a living being.

It grows, matures, and changes with a sentient consciousness and whims of its own. The Vermont-based solo singer, songwriter, guitarist, artist, and Twiddle co-founder follows reggae's evolutionary ebb and flow, existing in a perpetual state of inspiration and creation, and remaining committed to sonic evolution. Exuding a balanced mix of rich influence, Mihali's music entwines reggae spirit, fluid soundscape architecture, and invigorating mantras meant to be chanted aloud in a packed venue.

Following years of fan demand, Mihali served up his solo debut, Breathe and Let Go, in 2020. It boasted collaborations with Citizen Cope, Matisyahu, G. Love & Special Sauce, and Trevor Hall, and instantly reacted with audiences, gathering millions of streams. In addition to glowing reviews from JamBase and Live For Live Music, Grateful Web exclaimed, "Mihali's musical talent is special."

During the global pandemic, Mihali kept writing songs. One particular tune, "All Day" [feat. Nathan Aurora], reminded him of tourmates and friends Iya Terra, so he sent the demo to vocalist and guitarist Nathan Feinstein. Vibing with the direction, Nathan finished the song and fired it back to Mihali, unassumingly kicking off the process behind his new record, Effection [released July 22, 2022].

Frank's cynicism, sarcasm, and biting social criticism isn't recreated, it's pointed at the present, and it still works!

Who is The Z3?

The Z3 are and aren’t a Zappa tribute. They do play only the music of Frank Zappa. They don’t try to recreate it exactly as it happened in the ‘60s, 70s, or 80s. Instead, they orchestrate it for their funky organ trio vibe, with an energy and groove that carries it into the 20-teens. They embrace the cynicism, sarcasm, and biting social criticism for which FZ was famous, but they point it squarely at 2017. It’s Funky Takes on Frank in the present tense.

Organist Beau Sasser and drummer Bill Carbone discovered a shared passion for Frank Zappa while touring together in the band of guitarist Melvin Sparks. They daydreamed of a trio in the organ-funk style that performed nothing but Zappa--but what third musician could serve as the missing link to bridge the two genres was a mystery. When guitarist/vocalist Tim Palmieri, a diehard Zappa fan, ended up on a string of regular Wednesday night funk gigs with The Beau Sasser Trio in November 2011, the Z3 was born.

The show is performed by the band DizzyFish playing with the Legendary Uptown Horns! DizzyFish is an authentic powerhouse 70s band led by a world class singer, Eric Herbst.

Eric, the band’s leader is a powerful live performer who has written and produced songs for legendary musicians including The King of the Blues B.B. King and The Man in Black himself Johnny Cash.

The Uptown Horns are a legendary NYC based horn section, that has toured with the Rolling Stones and played with everyone from Ray Charles to Bruce Springsteen. They were also the horn section on James Brown's #1 hit record "Living in America" and much more..

Together with DizzyFish & the Uptown Horns 10 great musicians will take the stage to play their versions of the greatest songs of all time! If you love 70s music, you will love this show.
