There are few places where opportunities for learning, social activity, and entertainment are so boundless.
At the NCMA you’ll find 5,000 years of art, a 164-acre park, an amphitheater for films and concerts, a restaurant, a store, and countless tours, lectures and art programs of all kinds. Becoming a member brings you behind the scenes and discounts on tickets for almost every activity at the Museum.
More than 70 percent of the NCMA’s funding comes from private sources, including the generosity of our members. Your membership helps keep the Museum free for all visitors, helps us provide educational programming for all ages, and helps the Museum remain a vibrant, contemplative place for everyone to enjoy.
*Beginning January 1, 2015, in accordance with N.C. General Statute § 105-164.4(a)(10)—the Omnibus Tax Act—the Museum is required to charge sales tax on the non–tax-deductible portion of all memberships. The tax applied will consist of current state sales tax of 4.75% and current 2% Wake county tax. As always, please consult your tax advisor regarding tax deduction issues. *
