PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION
This show contains authentic, “profane Jersey language” and is recommended for ages 12+.
They were just four guys from Jersey, until they sang their very first note. They had a sound nobody had ever heard… and the radio just couldn’t get enough of. But while their harmonies were perfect on stage, off stage it was a very different story -- a story that has made them an international sensation all over again. Go behind the music and inside the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons in the Tony Award®-winning true-life musical phenomenon, JERSEY BOYS. From the streets of New Jersey to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, this is the musical that’s just too good to be true.

Located in the heart of VCU's campus, the Altria Theater, formerly The Mosque, is one of the best known and most striking buildings in Richmond. Built in 1926, The Altria Theater plays host to a variety of events including Broadway, The Richmond Forum, concerts, comedians, children’s theater, lectures, school commencements and fashion shows. Some of America's greatest entertainers have appeared on stage beneath its towering minarets and desert murals. With seating capacity at 3,600 and a stage to accommodate the largest productions, this theater is a great complement to our sister venue downtown, Dominion Arts Center.
